Chief Jerry Bell (ret), a native of DeQuincy, Louisiana received his Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from the University of the State of New York. He later earned his Master's Degree in International Relationships from Boston University. Cheif Bell has over 55 years of Intelligence, Security, and Police experience. However, Cheif Bell's niche is in the field of International Security. He has served with eight Presidents starting with President Kennedy. He has also served during numerous conflicts and conducted security operations worldwide to include operations in the Middle East, Far East, Asia, Europe, South and Central America and the Caribbean. He participated in the invasions of the Dominican-Republic, Grenada, Panama and fought in wars against drugs and terroism.
