Over 2100 Names are found in this genealogical record of John Jacob Ryan's descendants. This work is a culmination of thirty-five years of record-keeping and interest in people, especially relatives, and the way they migrated from place to place. The Ryans started their journey in Florida, thence to Georgia, and after a few years, to Louisiana.

There is little information in this work about the author, Flavia Vincent Reeds. We can gather that she was passionate about the genealogy research that she worked tirelessly on. Through immaculate record-keeping, contacting distant relatives, and thorough research, we can gather that this record of genealogical works is one of the most accurate ones available.
